基于PLC的玻璃磨边开孔工作站控制系统设计

摘要 在现有玻璃加工流程中,玻璃磨边是必不可少的一道工序,对加工精度有着明确的标准和严格的要求。基于可编程逻辑控制器(Programmable Logic Controller,PLC)的玻璃磨边开孔工作站控制系统设计,采用自动化的机器生产代替手工生产,不仅能够大大提高玻璃磨边的生产效率,保障生产质量,而且能更好地控制人工成本,对于玻璃产业的长远发展具有深远意义。以PLC玻璃磨边开孔工作站控制系统方案作为切入点,逐步分析了系统硬件设计和软件设计。经过优化设计,工作站控制系统的稳定性更强,自动化程度更高,能够大大提高玻璃磨边的生产效率. In the existing glass processing process,glass edging is an essential process,which has clear standards and strict requirements for processing accuracy.Programmable Logic Controller(PLC)based on the design of glass edging open-hole workstation control system,the main purpose is to replace manual production with automated machine production,not only can greatly improve the production efficiency of glass edging,to ensure production quality.It can also better control labor costs,which has far-reaching significance for the long-term development of the glass industry.In this paper,the PLC glass edging open-hole workstation control system scheme is taken as the starting point,and the system hardware design and software design are analyzed step by step.After optimized design,the workstation control system has stronger stability and higher degree of automation,which can greatly improve the production efficiency of glass edging.
