大型构件外圆直径测量装置设计

Design of Measuring Device for Outer Circle Diameter of Large Component

摘要 目前,高炉炉壳、热风围管和热风炉炉壳等大型构件的外圆直径测量技术不完善,常用的测量方法有拉皮尺测量和圆弧样板测量。鉴于已有的测量方法存在累积误差大、精度低、验收对口尺寸困难、经济效益低的问题,企业迫切需要一套专业化设备来解决此类问题。文章阐述的装置结合实际项目设计,主要由弹簧复位式位移传感器、角支架、中央处理器(Central Processing Unit,CPU)+显示屏、测量线等组成。该测量装置便于携带,自动化程度和测量精度高,可作为施工现场的标准测量器具,也可用于零部件圆弧尺寸的验收,辅助企业规范现场施工作业,提高设备的制造质量。 At present,the measuring technology of outer diameter of large components such as blast furnace shell,hot blast tube and hot blast furnace shell is not perfect,and the commonly used measuring methods are tape tape measurement and arc template measurement.In view of the existing measurement methods of large cumulative error,low accuracy,acceptance of the opposite size is difficult,low economic benefits,enterprises urgently need a set of specialized equipment to solve such problems.The device described in this paper is designed in combination with the actual project,which is mainly composed of spring reset displacement sensor,angle bracket,Central Processing Unit(CPU)+display screen,measuring line,etc.The measuring device is easy to carry,high degree of automation,high measurement accuracy,can be used as a standard measuring instrument in the construction site,can also be used for the acceptance of the arc size of parts,assist enterprises to standardize the field construction operations,improve the manufacturing quality of equipment.
