摘要 我国点胶行业中,高性能点胶阀高度依赖进口。双组分点胶具有良好的黏附性和适应性,受到点胶应用市场的青睐。通过对比调研多种知名品牌点胶阀的性能特性,对双组分配比点胶阀进行详细的结构设计与优化,使其具有高精度、模块化、轻量化和高适应性等特性。点胶阀采用双伺服结构设计,具有灵活的比例调节功能、更广的胶水适用性和更智能的控制等。实验表明,20 g出胶A/B胶水的比例为2的A胶工序能力指数(Complex Process Capability index,CPK)为5.83,B胶的CPK为2.13,比例的CPK为1.90,总量的CPK为2.62,完全满足行业中CPK大于1.33的要求。双组分精密配比点胶阀通过自主设计使用双伺服控制出胶,满足行业需求,对推进国内双组分点胶技术具有重要的理论和实践意义。 In the dispensing industry,high-performance dispensing valves are highly dependent on imports,and dual component dispensing has good adhesion and adaptability,which is widely favored in the dispensing application market.By comparing and researching the performance characteristics of various well-known brands of glue valves,a detailed structural design and optimization of the two-component dispensing valve was carried out,making it highly accurate,modular,lightweight,and adaptable.The glue valve system adopts a dual servo structure design,with flexible proportional adjustment function,wider glue applicability,and more intelligent control.Through experiments,it has been shown that the Complex Process Capability index(CPK)of A glue with a ratio of 20 g of A/B glue is 5.83,the CPK of B glue is 2.13,the CPK of the ratio is 1.90,and the total CPK is 2.62,fully meeting the industry’s requirement of CPK greater than 1.33.The dual component precision dispensing valve is designed independently and uses dual servo control to discharge the glue,meeting industry needs,and has important theoretical and practical significance for promoting domestic dual component dispensing technology.
