摘要
透平机械的生产多为离散型生产,各类机型均为单件小批量生产。在透平机械的装配过程中出现干涉、通流间隙超差等情况将会导致交货周期延长、机组性能不稳定等问题。随着测量技术的发展,其测量方法和精度都有了极大提升,可通过采集各零部件数据和尺寸计算通流数据。提出基于测量数据的数字装配技术,对该技术的关键点进行研究并结合某型号机组进行验证,证明该技术可极大缩短厂内装配周期,提升装配准确性。
The production of turbine machinery is mostly discrete manufacturing,and various types of models are produced in single piece and small batch.Interference and excessive flow clearance during the assembly process of turbine machinery will lead to extended delivery cycles and unstable unit performance.With the development of measurement technology,the methods and accuracy of measurement have been greatly improved.By collecting data and dimensions of various components,flow data can be digitally calculated.This article proposes a digital assembly technology based on measurement data,studies the key points of this technology,and verifies it with a certain type of unit.It is proven that this technology can greatly shorten the assembly cycle in the factory and improve assembly accuracy.
