在当前经济环境严峻的背景下,火力发电厂面临着一定的生存压力。为了降低燃料成本,提高经济性,发电公司决定进行经济煤种掺烧。可供掺烧的经济煤种多且杂,主要包括煤泥、贫煤和高硫煤3大类。不同的经济煤种掺烧过程中遇到的问题也不同,再加上有时要同时掺烧2种或3种经济煤种,在实际生产中遇到的问题复杂多样。这些问题对机组的带负荷能力、机组设备的运行寿命和安全性都带来了新的挑战。基于此,制定相应的措施,总结分析掺烧过程中出现的问题,及时调整完善措施,在确保安全的前提下合理掺烧经济煤种。

In recent years,the economic environment is severe,thermal power plants are also facing the survival pressure,in order to reduce fuel costs,improve economy,power generation companies decided to carry out economic coal blending.There are many kinds of economical coal that can be mixed,including slime,lean coal and high sulfur coal.The problems encountered in the mixing process of different economic coal are different,and sometimes two or three kinds of economic coal are mixed at the same time,and the problems encountered in the actual production are complex and diverse,and these problems bring new challenges to the load capacity of the unit,the operating life of the unit equipment and the safety.Based on this,the corresponding measures are formulated,the problems in the mixing process are summarized and analyzed,the measures are adjusted and improved in time,and the reasonable mixing of economic coal is carried out under the premise of ensuring safety.
