陶瓷雾化芯基体智能制造技术的探索与实践

摘要 基于思摩尔国际控股有限公司建设的年产14亿颗多孔陶瓷雾化芯基体智能化生产线,从原料投料、注塑自动成型、自动埋粉脱脂、自动烧结、自动振抛清洗烘干、成品外观缺陷自动检测、技术瓶颈等方面进行探讨,提出发展陶瓷雾化芯基体智能制造技术要加强关键核心技术攻关、加大耐高温条码材料的研发以及大力培养智能制造技术人才等对策建议,助力我国陶瓷雾化芯智能制造技术的发展。 Based on the intelligent production line with an annual output of 1.4 billion porous ceramic atomizing core matrix built by Simor International Holdings Co.,Ltd.,this paper discusses the aspects of raw material feeding,automatic injection molding,automatic buried powder degreasing,automatic sintering,automatic vibration cleaning and drying,automatic detection of finished product appearance defects,and technical bottlenecks.It is proposed that the development of intelligent manufacturing technology of ceramic atomization core matrix should strengthen the key core technology research,increase the research and development of high temperature bar code materials and vigorously train intelligent manufacturing technical talents,so as to help the development of intelligent manufacturing technology of ceramic atomization core in China.
