基于多轴数控加工的智能辅助工艺研究

摘要 目前,智能技术和数控机床已经成为制造业扩大生产规模、提高经济效益的重要保障,为我国工业现代化发展起到了战略作用。文章对多轴数控加工中的智能辅助工艺展开深入研究,并提出几点切实可行的策略,旨在为机械制造业优化产业结构、提高产品档次、丰富产品种类贡献力量。 At present,intelligent technology and computer number control machine tools have become an important guarantee for the manufacturing industry to expand production scale and improve economic benefits,and have played a strategic role in the development of China’s industrial modernization.In this paper,the intelligent auxiliary technology in multi-axis computer number control machining is deeply studied,and several feasible planning strategies are proposed,aiming at optimizing industrial structure,improving product grade and enriching product types for machinery manufacturing industry.
