摘要
煤矿带式输送机是煤矿高效开采的关键设备,具有距离长、运量大、连续输送的特征。应用智能化关键技术能够实时监控带式输送机的运行状态并进行自动调节,从而提高生产效率。基于此,文章一方面阐述煤矿带式输送机的智能化控制结构,另一方面针对煤炭运输过程中存在的问题进行智能化控制设计,分析速度同步控制、智能纠偏、多电机控制等关键技术在系统中的应用,旨在实现煤矿运输的智能化和高效化。
Coal mine belt conveyor is the key equipment for efficient mining of coal mine,which has the characteristics of long distance,large volume and continuous transportation.The application of intelligent key technology can monitor the running state of the belt conveyor in real time and automatically adjust it,so as to improve production efficiency.Therefore,on the one hand,this paper describes the intelligent control structure of coal mine belt conveyor,on the other hand,it carries out intelligent control design for the problems existing in the process of coal transportation,analyzes the application of key technologies such as speed synchronous control,intelligent correction of deviation,and multi-motor control in the system,aiming at realizing the intelligent and efficient coal mine transportation.
