Research and application of intelligent monitoringsystems in prefabricated cabin substations

针对预制舱变电站传统设备运行状态监测方式存在工作效率低、危险性大、质量难以保证的问题,集成应用无源无线在线测温技术、红外热成像在线监控技术、卡片机监控技术及二次设备状态监测技术,研制了预制舱变电站智能监测系统,实现了开关柜内设备温度在线监测,主变压器设备在线测温,设备状态远程智能识别功能,该系统在变电设备定期巡检、特殊巡检以及倒闸操作中可及时发现并预警设备缺陷,确保作业人员人身安全,提升了预制舱变电站智能化巡检技术水平。

Traditional methods for monitoring the operational conditions of equipment in prefabricated cabin substations are plagued by inefficiency,high risk,and inconsistencies in quality assurance.Addressing these concerns,the paper presents an integrated intelligent monitoring system for these substations.By using passive wireless online temperature measurement,infrared thermal imaging for real-time surveillance,card machine monitoring,and secondary equipment condition assessments,this innovative system offers real-time temperature tracking in switch cabinets,monitors the temperature of main transformer equipment,and facilitates remote,intelligent identification of equipment status.During regular inspection and specialized inspections and switch operations,the system promptly detect and alerts about potential equipment defects.This not only ensures the safety of the operating personnel,but also significantly elevates the intelligent inspection standards within prefabricated cabin substations.
