摘要
通过教育实习这一必修课程来提高学前教育专业本科生的职业认同,是新时代学前教育专业人才培养方案的新要求,也是学前教育专业课程思政建设的内涵之一。通过对10名具有实习经历的学前教育专业本科生进行深度访谈及编码,最终将职业认同划分为职业认知、职业情感、职业意志、职业行为4个维度,来探讨教育实习对学前教育专业学生职业认同的影响,并通过分析影响因素,为教师进行课程思政、提高学生职业认同、融合价值塑造与人才培养提供有益启示。
To improve the professional identity of preschool education undergraduates through educational practice,a compulsory course,is a new requirement of the training plan for preschool education professionals in the new era,one of the connotations of the ideological and political construction of preschool education professional courses.This study conducted in-depth interviews and coding on 10 preschool education undergraduates with internship experience,and finally divided the interview data into four dimensions:professional cognition,professional emotion,professional will and professional behavior,so as to explore the impact of educational practice on the professional identity of preschool education students.Through the analysis of the influencing factors,it provides useful enlightenment for teachers to implement ideological and political education in the curriculum,improve students'professional identity,shape the integration value and cultivate talents.
