A Study on Integrated Employment of People with Mental Disabilities under the Background of Common Prosperity

融合就业是心智障碍者在共同富裕背景下实现高质量就业的显著表现。以整体性视角分析心智障碍者融合就业框架,关注无障碍制度与环境建设,分析该群体的就业机会与可利用资源,使其递进式参与经济社会发展。通过激发心智障碍者的内生动力,提升其就业意愿与就业期待;给予用人单位、心智障碍者及家庭支持,从专业、科技、制度的角度赋能;基于共建共享,运用心智障碍者融合就业的服务链、服务基地等推进心智障碍者融合就业机制。在融合就业中推动其康复融合和无障碍融合,在共同富裕中实现社会融合。

Integrated employment is a remarkable manifestation of persons with mental disabilities achieving high-quality employment in the context of common prosperity.This paper analyzes the integrated employment framework of mentally disabled persons from a holistic perspective,pays attention to the barrier-free system and environmental construction,analyzes their employment opportunities,available resources,and participating in economic and social development in a gradual manner.By stimulating the endogenous motivation of persons with mental disabilities,their employment willingness and employment expectation can be improved;Empower employers,persons with mental disabilities and their families from a professional,scientific and institutional perspective;Based on joint construction and sharing,the integrated employment mechanism for persons with mental disabilities should be promoted by using such measures as integrated employment service chain and service base for persons with mental disabilities.Promote their rehabilitation integration and barrier-free integration in integrated employment,and achieve social integration in the process of common prosperity.
