欧陆仪表在电加热炉温度控制的应用

摘要 讨论了欧陆温度控制仪表在工业热处理炉温度控制系统的设计和应用,结合目前国内外热处理炉在高端铝加工行业上要符合美国宇航标准AMS2750,讨论在当下满足宇航标准条件下,温度控制仪表选型、安装、调试等多维度的综合应用,对温度控制仪表的控制方式也进行了具体描述,从上位机控制系统和仪表自身控制相结合阐述高精度温度控制算法,满足当今热处理设备高精度控制要求。对于一些大尺寸工作区来说,工艺热电偶温度反映炉膛有效区温度,工艺热电偶温度控制得越准确,炉膛温度就会越好。随着我国航空航天事业快速发展,热处理设备控制算法也越来越复杂,由单一的加热器调功控制方式向循环风机和加热器共同控制温度方式发展,热处理设备电气控制系统基于PLC可编程逻辑控制器强大功能支持下,可以完成更加复杂和多样的算法控制,满足较高的控制要求。 The design and application of European temperature control instrument in the temperature control system of industrial heat treatment furnace are discussed.Combined with the current domestic and foreign heat treatment furnace in the high⁃end aluminum processing industry to meet the American aerospace standard AMS2750,the comprehensive application of temperature control instrument selection,installation and debugging is discussed under the current conditions of meeting the aerospace standard.The control mode of temperature control instrument is also described in detail,and the high precision temperature control algorithm is described from the combination of the host computer control system and the instrument itself,which can meet the high precision control requirements of today's heat treatment equipment.For some large⁃size work areas,the process thermocouple temperature is the temperature of the effective zone of the reaction furnace,and the more accurately the process thermocouple temperature is controlled,the better the furnace temperature will be.With the rapid development of China's aerospace industry,the control algorithm of heat treatment equipment is becoming more and more complex,from a single heater power control mode to the common control temperature mode of circulating fan and heater,the electrical control system of heat treatment equipment based on the pow⁃erful function of PLC programmable logic controller support,can complete more complex and diverse algorithm control.Meet high control re⁃quirements.
