基于神经网络的热风炉模糊控制系统研究

摘要 钢铁作为我国制造业、建筑业不可或缺的资源,在我国的基础建设中发挥了重要的作用。高炉炼铁是目前进行钢铁加工的主要手段,在热风炉的加热下将从矿山采集的铁原材以及焦炭、煤粉进行混合燃烧,将燃烧产生的热风送入高炉内在进行炼铁加工。热风炉在高炉炼铁中的作用可见一斑。有效的控制热风炉的燃烧过程,保证其蓄热充分,能够最大程度的减少资源浪费。探讨了一种基于神经网络的热风炉模糊控制系统,从热风炉的工艺控制流程入手分析,介绍了基于神经网络的热风炉的模糊控制系统硬件以及软件设计,最后对这一系统的现场实际应用效果进行了分析,结果发现神经网络模糊控制系统具有较高的可行性,提升热风炉的工作效率,保证高炉冶炼的效果。 Steel as an indispensable resource for China's manufacturing industry,construction industry,has played an important role in China's infrastructure construction.At present,blast furnace ironmaking is the main means of iron and steel processing.Under the heating of hot blast furnace,the iron raw material collected from the mine,coke and pulverized coal are mixed and burned,and the hot air generated by the combustion is sent into the blast furnace for ironmaking processing.The role of hot blast furnace in blast furnace ironmaking can be seen.Effectively control the combustion process of hot blast stove to ensure that its heat storage is sufficient,which can reduce the waste of re⁃sources to the greatest extent.A fuzzy control system of hot blast stove based on neural network is discussed,the process control flow of hot blast stove is analyzed,the hardware and software design of fuzzy control system of hot blast stove based on neural network is introduced,and finally the practical application effect of this system is analyzed,the results show that the fuzzy control system of neural network has high feasi⁃bility.Improve the working efficiency of hot blast furnace and ensure the smelting effect of blast furnace.
