天津滨海湿地不同生境芦苇种群生长动态变化对比研究

摘要 目的:探究不同生境条件下芦苇种群生长动态变化规律。方法:对天津滨海湿地三个不同生境条件(S1、S2、S3)的芦苇分株密度、分株生物量、土壤的理化指标进行监测,并对芦苇分株密度、分株生物量与土壤理化性质之间相关性进行分析。结果:(1)各月份土壤含水率、土壤pH和土壤可溶性盐含量的变化规律一致:S1<S2<S3;各月份土壤有机质含量、土壤速效氮含量、土壤速效磷含量、土壤速效钾含量的变化规律一致:S1>S2>S3。(2)各月份芦苇分株密度和分株生物量变化规律一致:S1>S2>S3;并且三个不同生境下芦苇分株密度和分株生物量的变化规律表现为在生长初期的5月份最低,随着月份的增加而增加,9月份达到最大值,10月各指标开始呈现下降趋势。(3)不同月份影响芦苇分株密度和分株生物量的土壤因素不一致。结论:滨海地区土壤含盐量和pH以及养分是影响芦苇种群生长的关键因素。 Objective:To study the dynamics of reed population growth under different habitat condi-tions.Methods:The reed subdensity,subbiomass and soil main physicochemical indicators were moni-tored in three different habitats in Tianjin coastal wetland,and the correlation between reed subdensity,subbiomass and soil physical and chemical properties was analyzed.Results:(1)The changes of soil moisture content,soil pH and soil soluble salt content in each month were consistent:S1<S2<S3;The changes of soil organic matter,soil available nitrogen,soil available phosphorus and soil available potas-sium contents in each month were consistent:S1>S2>S3.(2)The variation patterns of the density and biomass of reed subdivisions in each month were consistent:S1>S2>S3;In addition,the variation rules of the density and biomass of reed subdivisions in the three different habitats showed the lowest in May in the early growth period,followed by a gradual increase,reaching the maximum value in September,and the indexes began to show a downward trend in October.(3)The soil factors affecting the density and bio-mass of reed subdivisions were different in different months.Conclusion:Soil salt content,pH and nutri-ents in coastal areas are the key factors affecting the growth of reed population.
