绿色建筑减碳分析及低碳发展建议 被引量:2

摘要 节能减排均是评价绿色建筑环境性能的重要指标之一。大力发展绿色建筑、建设高品质绿色建筑是推动城乡建设绿色发展的重要内容。对GB/T 50378—2019《绿色建筑评价标准》和GB/T 51141—2015《既有建筑绿色改造评价标准》中低碳技术指标进行了梳理和研究,从碳减排形式、碳源类型、量化方法及应用阶段进行了分析。对新建绿色建筑和既有建筑绿色改造标识项目的运行碳排放进行了计算,结果表明:绿色建筑碳减排效果明显,与常规建筑相比,绿色建筑运行阶段(直接碳排放和间接碳排放)可实现平均碳减排40%以上。如果算上隐含碳排放,绿色建筑的碳减排效益则更加明显。进一步,对绿色建筑低碳发展提出了修订建议。 Energy conservation and carbon reduction are significant indicators for environmental performance assessment of green buildings.Vigorously developing green buildings and building high-quality green buildings play important roles in promoting green development in urban and rural construction.This paper summarized and studied the technical indicators of carbon reduction in GB/T 50378—2019"Assessment standard for green building"and GB/T 51141—2015"Assessment standard for green retrofitting of existing building",and analyzed from the aspects of carbon emission reduction forms,carbon source types,quantification methods,and application stages.The operational carbon emissions from new and retrofitted green building certification projects were calculated,and the results showed that the carbon reduction effect of green buildings was significant.Compared with conventional buildings,green buildings can achieve an average carbon reduction(direct and indirect carbon emissions)of over 40%in the operation stage.If embodied carbon emissions are included,the carbon reduction benefits of green buildings can be more obvious.Furthermore,development suggestions are proposed for green building.
