摘要
为加大对建筑垃圾处理中产生冗余土的利用,以水泥、石灰为固化组分制备高流态混合料,研究石灰掺量对混合料工作性能、抗压强度的影响及混合料在干湿循环、冻融循环下的性能变化。结果表明:随石灰掺量的增加,混合料的需水量增加,抗压强度提高;混合料泌水率为2%~3%,工作性能良好;混合料经干湿循环后,抗压强度提高,耐久性能良好。再生流态混合料是充分利用处理建筑垃圾制备的低品质材料,提高了固废的利用率。
To increase the utilization of redundant soil generated during construction waste treatment,cement and lime are used as solidification components to produce high flow mixture.The effects of lime content on the working performance and comprehensive strength of the mixture were studied,and the performance changes of the mixture under dry wet cycle and freeze-thaw cycle were studied.The results show that with the increase of lime content,the water demand of the mixture increases and the compressive strength increases;The bleeding rate of the mixture is between 2%~3%,and the work-ability is good;After the dry wet cycle,the compressive strength of the mixture is improved and the durability is good;The recycled fluid mixture makes full use of the low-quality materials produced by construction waste and improves the utilization level of solid waste.
