蒸压轻质混凝土(ALC)墙板是一种轻型环保板材,目前广泛应用于住宅内隔墙。墙板与管线的集成一体化是装配式建筑未来发展的方向,但ALC墙板上的管线施工仍采用传统的现场开槽工艺,ALC墙板与管线集成一体化研究基本空白。结合项目实例,探讨了预埋线管ALC墙板应用的可行性,研究了ALC墙板与管线集成设计与施工的要点。该研究是ALC墙板深入应用于装配式建筑的创新尝试,可以为今后墙板与管线集成一体化研究提供借鉴。

Autoclaved lightweight aerated concrete(ALC)wall panel is a lightweight and environmentally friendly panel widely used in residential interior partitions.The integration of wall panel and pipeline is the future development direction of prefabricated building,but at present,the pipeline construction on ALC wall panel still uses the traditional on-site slotting process,and the research on the integration of ALC wall panel and pipeline is blank.Based on project examples,this article explores the feasibility of applying pre-embedded pipeline ALC wall panel to projects,and studies the key points of integrated design and construction.This research is an innovative attempt to apply ALC wall panel to prefabricated building,and can provide reference for future research on integration of wall panel and pipeline.
