基于计算机模拟的丙酮加氢生产异丙醇工艺节能改造方案研究

Research on Energy-saving Renovation Plans for Acetone Hydrogenation Production Isopropanol Process Based on Computer Simulation

摘要 借助Aspen Plus流程模拟软件,基于某厂现有丙酮加氢生产异丙醇装置,以节能降耗为优化目标,重点对异丙醇分离精制部分进行改造方案的研究与讨论,提出了双效精馏、塔间热泵精馏、双塔联合热泵方案、双塔+脱轻塔热耦合方案,以及隔壁塔精馏5种改造方案,并分别进行了工艺模拟计算与优化,分析对比了上述各改造方案的特点,探讨了工艺系统能耗与产品质量之间的关系,为该工艺系统改造方案的研究进行了有益探讨。综合模拟计算结果分析表明,在这些方案中,双塔联合热泵方案在节能方面表现最佳,隔壁塔方案设备最少,双塔+脱轻塔热耦合方案在产品结构的调整方面最为灵活。 Taking energy conservation and consumption reduction as optimization goal,the renovation plans for the isopropanol separation and refining part of the existing acetone hydrogenation production isopropanol device in a factory are studied with the help of Aspen Plus process simulation software.Five renovation plans were proposed,including dual effect distillation,inter-tower heat pump distillation,dual tower combined heat pump distillation,thermal coupling of dual tower and light component removal tower,and adjacent tower distillation.The process of each plan is simulated and optimized,the characteristics of five renovation schemes are analyzed and compared,and the relationship between energy consumption of process system and product quality is discussed.The simulation calculation results show that among these schemes,the"dual tower combined heat pump"scheme performs the best in terms of energy conservation,the"adjacent tower distillation"scheme has the least equipment,and the"thermal coupling of dual tower and light component removal tower"scheme is the most flexible in adjusting the product structure.
