一种水性聚丙烯酸酯/Gr-MoS_(2)防腐涂层的性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 以二维层状材料Gr、MoS_(2)为无机纳米填料,通过物理共混法将其引入水性聚丙烯酸酯乳液中,研究二维层状材料对水性聚丙烯酸酯涂层铅笔硬度、附着力、水接触角、电化学防腐性能、耐盐水性能的影响。结果表明:二维层状材料对水性聚丙烯酸酯涂层的性能具有重要意义。当Gr与MoS_(2)的质量比为1∶1引入水性聚丙烯酸酯时,所制备的水性聚丙烯酸酯/Gr-MoS_(2)复合涂层的铅笔硬度可达3 H,附着力为0级,水接触角为106.2°,阻抗模量可达104.84Ω·cm^(2),相比水性聚丙烯酸酯涂层提高了2.18个数量级,且在质量分数3.5%的NaCl溶液中浸泡72 h后复合涂层未出现变色、生锈、起泡、脱落、裂纹等现象。 Two-dimensional layered materials Gr and MoS_(2),as inorganic nanofillers,were introduced into water-based polyacrylate emulsion by physical blending method,and the effects of the two-dimensional layered materials on the pencil hardness,adhesion,water contact angle,electrochemical corrosion resistance and salt water resistance of the water-based polyacrylate coating were studied.The results show that the two-dimensional layered materials are very important for the performance of waterborne polyacrylate coatings.When the mass ratio of Gr to MoS_(2)is 1∶1,the pencil hardness of the prepared water-based polyacrylate/Gr-MoS_(2)composite coating can reach to 3 H,the adhesion level is 0,the water contact angle is 106.2°,and the impedance modulus is 104.84Ω·cm^(2),which is 2.18 orders of magnitude higher than the water-based polyacrylate coating.After immersing in 3.5%NaCl solution for 72 h,the composite coating did not show discoloration,rust,blistering,falling off,crack and other phenomena.
