中截留量膜与延展性血液透析应用进展

Advances in the application of medium cut-off membrane and expanded hemodialysis

中截留量膜是近年来血液透析领域的一项重要研究进展,相比高通量透析膜可显著提高对较大的中分子尿毒症毒素的清除。目前越来越多的临床研究证实其良好的安全性、显著的短期临床疗效(改善炎症、氧化应激、红细胞生成素抵抗、血管钙化等),并有望改善维持性血液透析患者的长期预后。本文就中截留量膜的命名、理论优势、延展性血液透析的技术参数及其临床应用做一简述。

Medium cut-off membrane has been an important evolution in the field of hemodialysis in recent years.Compared to the high-flux hemodialysis membrane,this membrane significantly improves the clearance of larger molecules in the middle molecular uremic toxins.Many clinical trials have confirmed its safety and short-term effects such as amelioration of inflammation,oxidative stress,erythropoietin resistance,vascular calcification and others.The use of this membrane is expected to improve the long-term prognosis of maintenance hemodialysis patients.Here we summarize the nomenclature of medium cut-off membranes,theoretical advantages of medium cut-off membrane,as well as the technical parameters and clinical use of expanded hemodialysis.
