安全管理应用于养老机构中的作用

The Role of Safety Management in Nursing Homes

目的分析安全管理应用于养老机构中的作用。方法选取2022年1—12月德州市陵城区人民医院20名护理人员作为观察对象,在2022年1—6月采取常规居住护理模式(常规管理组),2022年7—12月实施安全管理模式(安全管理组)。比较两组护理人员的护理差错率、安全护理质量评分及护理满意度。结果安全管理组护理差错率比常规管理组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。安全管理组安全管理质量评分比常规管理组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。安全管理组护理满意度高于常规管理组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论安全管理应用于养老机构中可以降低护理人员护理差错率,提高安全管理质量。

Objective To analyze the role of safety management applied in nursing institutions.Methods 20 nursing staff of Lingcheng District People's Hospital in Dezhou City from January to December 2022 were selected as the observation subjects,and the conventional residential care model was adopted from January to June 2022(routine management group),and the safety management model was implemented from July to December 2022(safety management group).The nursing error rate,safety care quality scores and the nursing satisfaction were compared.Results The nursing error rate in the safety management group was lower than that in the routine management group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The safety management quality score of the safety management group was higher than that of the routine management group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the safety management group was higher than that of the routine management group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Safety management applied in nursing institutions can reduce the nursing error rate of nursing staff and improve the quality of safety management.
