质量控制和管理在检验科中的效果分析

Analysis of the Effects of Quality Control and Management in the Laboratory Department

目的评析检验科临检组应用质量控制和管理的效果。方法选择2022年1月—2023年1月菏泽市定陶区人民医院检验科临检组人员12名为研究对象,根据随机数表法分为两组,每组6名,对照组采用传统质量管理,观察组采用质量控制和管理,比较两组工作人员管理效果。结果与对照组相比,观察组的工作台消毒、洗手评分、基础质量评分和环境管理评分更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,观察组的检验结果差错率更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论检验科临检组应用质量控制和管理可以提高工作质量,降低差错率。

Objective To evaluate the effect of quality control and management applied by the clinical inspection team of the laboratory department.Methods From January 2022 to January 2023,12 people from the clinical inspection team of Dingtao District People's Hospital of Heze City were selected as the study objects and divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 6 people in each group.The control group was adminis fered by traditional quality management,and the observation group was was adminis fered by quality control and management.The management effects of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the scores of workbench disinfection,hand washing,basic quality and environmental management in the observation group were higher,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the error rate of test results in the observation group was lower,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of quality control and management by the clinical inspection team of the laboratory department can improve work quality and reduce error rates.
