护理人员对消毒供应室腹腔镜手术器械的质量管理方法与效果分析

Analysis of the Quality Management Methods and Effects of Nursing Staffon Laparoscopic Surgical Instruments in the Sterilization Supply Room

目的分析护理人员对消毒供应室腹腔镜手术器械的质量管理方法以及管理效果。方法选取2021年1—12月湖南省脑科医院消毒供应中心护士20名为研究对象,2021年1—6月为参照组应用常规管理方法,2021年7—12月为研究组应用质量改进管理方法。比较两组护士的管理效果。结果研究组护士的护理管理质量、腹腔镜手术器械消毒灭菌合格率均比参照组高,研究组的腹腔镜手术器械损坏率比参照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护士对消毒供应室腹腔镜手术器械质量管理中实施质量改进管理方法的效果显著,可提升护理管理水平,降低手术器械损坏率,值得推广。

Objective To analyze the quality management methods and management effects of nursing staff on laparoscopic surgical instruments in the sterilization supply room.Methods 20 nurses from the Disinfection Supply Center of Hunan Brain Hospital from January to December 2021 were selected as the research subjects.The reference group used routine management methods from January to June 2021,and the study group used quality improvement management methods from July to December 2021.Compared the management effectiveness of two groups of nurses.Results The quality of nursing management and the qualified rate of disinfection and sterilization of laparoscopic surgical instruments in the study group were higher than those in the reference group.The damage rate of laparoscopic surgical instruments in the study group was lower than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The quality improvement management method implemented by nurses in the quality management of laparoscopic surgical instruments in the sterilization supply room has a significant effect.It can improve the level of nursing management and reduce the damage rate of surgical instruments,and is worthy of promotion.
