精细化质量控制模式在医院病案管理工作中的应用分析

Analysis on the Application of Refined Quality Control Model in Hospital Medical Record Management

目的分析在医院病案管理工作中,采用精细化质量控制模式管理的效果。方法以科室不同,采取分层抽样模式,抽取2022年1—6月东莞市中医院的病案500份,采取常规病案管理;抽取2022年7—12月的病案500份,采取精细化质量控制管理。比较不同管理模式下管理存在问题、医务人员对病案服务满意度。结果在精细化管理模式下,所存在的病案管理问题较常规管理更少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在精细化管理模式下医务人员对服务态度、病案归档、查询借阅、病案质控、数据提取方面的满意度评分均高于常规管理模式下,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在医院病案管理工作中,采用精细化质量控制模式管理,可减少病案管理存在问题,提升医护人员对病案服务的满意度水平。

Objective To analyze the effect of adopting refined quality control model management in hospital medical record management.Methods Based on different departments,a stratified sampling mode was adopted to select 500 medical records from Dongguan Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January to June 2022,and conventional medical record management was adopted.Select 500 medical records from July to December 2022 and adopt refined quality control management.Compare management problems and medical staff's satisfaction with medical record services under different management models.Results Under the refined management mode,there were fewer medical record management problems than conventional management,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Under the refined management model,the satisfaction scores of medical staff on service attitude,medical record archiving,query and borrowing,medical record quality control,and data extraction were all higher than those under the conventional management model,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In hospital medical record management,the adoption of refined quality control model management can reduce problems in medical record management and improve the level of satisfaction of medical staff with medical record services.
