摘要
目的探究6S管理模式在心内科护理管理中的应用可行性。方法选取2021年2月—2023年3月吉林省一汽总医院心内科在职护理人员23名,根据时间不同记为管理前(2021年2月—2022年2月)和管理后(2022年3月—2023年3月),管理前实施传统管理模式,管理后实施6S管理模式,对比管理前后护理人员实践能力、工作沉浸程度以及职业获益感。结果管理后护理人员实践能力、工作沉浸程度评分、职业获益感评分均显著高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心内科护理人员应用传统管理与6S管理两种管理模式的对比之下,6S管理模式在提高护理人员实践能力、改善工作沉浸度,增强职业获益感方面效果更佳。
Objective To explore the feasibility of applying the 6S management model in cardiology nursing management.Methods From February 2021 to March 2023,23 on-the-job nursing staff in the Department of Cardiology,Jilin FAW General Hospital were selected.According to different times,it is recorded as before management(from February 2021 to February 2022)and after management(from March 2022 to March 2023).The traditional management model was implemented before management,and the 6S management model was implemented after management.Compared the practical ability,work immersion degree and sense of professional benefit of nursing staff before and after management.Results The practical ability,the work immersion score,and the career benefit score of nursing staff after management was significantly higher than before management,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comparing the two management models of traditional management and 6S management applied by cardiology nursing staff,the 6S management model is more effective in improving the practical ability of nursing staff,improving work immersion,and enhancing the sense of professional benefit.
