“责任制”管理模式在呼吸内科药品管理中的效果评价

Evaluation of the Effect of"Responsibility System"Management Model in the Management of Respiratory Medicine

目的研究“责任制”管理模式对呼吸内科药品用药安全的影响。方法选取2021年5月—2023年5月竹溪县人民医院14名呼吸内科工作人员为研究对象,2022年6月—2023年5月,对呼吸内科药品进行“责任制”管理;2021年5月—2022年5月,对呼吸内科药品进行常规管理。同时分别于两个时间段收入50例患者。对比管理前后工作人员对药物知识掌握程度、不良事件发生率及患者对用药服务满意度。结果相较于开展“责任制”管理模式前,管理后工作人员对药物知识掌握程度评分更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。管理后工作人员药物配发出错、用药重复、剂量不符总发生率低于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。管理后50例患者对用药服务总满意率高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对呼吸内科药品用药安全采取“责任制”管理模式,有利于提高工作人员药物知识掌握情况,减少用药不良事件发生,提高患者满意度。

Objective To study the influence of"responsibility system"management mode on the safety of respiratory medicine drugs.Methods 14 cases of respiratory department staff in Zhuxi County People's Hospital From May 2021 to May 2023 were selected as study objects,from June 2022 to May 2023,"responsibility system"management of respiratory medicine was carried out;from May 2021 to May 2022,routine management of respiratory medicine drugs.was carried out,At the same time,50 patients were enrolled in two time periods.Before and after management,the staff's mastery of drug knowledge,the incidence of adverse events and patients'satisfaction with drug service were compared.Results Compared with before the"responsibility system"management mode,after management,staff members had higher scores on drug knowledge mastery,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of drug dispensing error,drug repetition and dose discrepancy among staff members after management was lower than before management,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of 50 patients with medication service after management was higher than before management,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Adopting the"responsibility system"management mode for the safety of respiratory medicine drugs is conducive to improving the staff's knowledge of drugs,reducing the occurrence of adverse drug events,and improving patients'satisfaction.
