摘要
目的探讨体检管理工作中依托职业健康监护信息管理系统的价值。方法选取河源市职业病防治院健康体检中心的体检人员和健康体检者为研究对象,2021年1—12月的体检工作人员30名、健康体检者300名作为对照组,2022年1—12月的体检工作人员30名、健康体检者300名为观察组。对照组实施常规体检管理,观察组则实施以职业健康监护信息管理系统下体检管理。评价两组的体检工作质量、体检效率、体检错漏诊与投诉率、体检工作满意度。结果观察组的体检工作人员在体检操作、服务指导、服务态度、主动服务各个方面的评分都要高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的体检人员预约体检时间、数据录入时间、报告生成时间、体检总时间各指标均是短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组体检工作中的错漏诊与投诉率分别为4.00%、3.00%,对照组分别为8.67%、6.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的体检总满意度为94.00%,高于对照组的总满意度84.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论职业健康监护信息管理系统指导对体检管理,可提高体检工作质量及体检效率,减少错漏诊情况,降低投诉率,提高体检人员的满意度。
Objective To explore the value of relying on occupational health surveillance information management system in physical examination management.Methods The physical examination personnel and healthy physical examination subjects of the Health Examination Center of Heyuan Occupational Disease Prevention and Control Institute were selected as the research subjects.The 30 physical examination staff and 300 healthy physical examination subjects from January to December 2021 will serve as the control group.The 30 physical examination staff and 300 healthy physical examination subjects from January to December 2022 will serve as the observation group.The control group received routine physical examination management,while the observation group received physical examination management under the occupational health surveillance information management system.Evaluate the quality of physical examination work,efficiency of physical examination,misdiagnosis and complaint rate of physical examination,and satisfaction with physical examination work of the two groups.Results The scores of physical examination staff in the observation group were higher than those in the control group in all aspects of physical examination operation,service guidance,service attitude,and proactive service,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The physical examination appointment time,data entry time,report generation time,and total physical examination time of the observation group were all shorter than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The rates of misdiagnosis,missed diagnosis and complaints during physical examination in the observation group were 4.00%and 3.00%respectively,while those in the control group were 8.67%and 6.67%respectively,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of the physical examination in the observation group was 94.00%,which was higher than the total satisfaction in the control group,84.67%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The occupational health surveillance information management system guides physical examination management,which can improve the quality and efficiency of physical examinations,reduce misdiagnosis and missed diagnoses,reduce the complaint rate,and improve the satisfaction of physical examination personnel.
