摘要
岗位胜任力是建设高水平医师队伍的重要因素,而住院医师规范化培训目标就是培养具有岗位胜任力的合格临床医师。为了更好地实现培训目标,就要对住院医师规范化培训模式进行改革,“干教融合”模式可以在工作场所中科学地融入教学活动,锻炼住院医师的专业能力,引导其将专业能力应用于实际工作中,增强专业技能与工作要求的适配性,以提高其岗位胜任力。文章分析传统住院医师规范化培训存在的问题,并以岗位胜任力为导向,探索住院医师规范化培训“干教融合”模式的应用。
Post competence is an important factor to build a high-level physician team,and the goal of standardized resident training is to train qualified clinicians with post competence.In order to better achieve the training objectives,it is necessary to reform the standardized training mode of residents.The"integration of teaching and teaching"mode can be scientifically integrated into teaching activities in the workplace,exercise the professional ability of residents,guide them to apply their professional ability to practical work,and enhance the suitability of professional skills and job requirements to improve their post competency.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the standardized training of traditional residents,and explores the application of the model of"integration of work and teaching"in the standardized training of residents.
