初步显微技术培训在临床本科教学中的应用

摘要 目的探究初步显微技术培训模式在临床本科教学中的应用效果。方法选取2022年3月—2023年4月贵州医科大学第二附属医院100名学生作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组50名。对照组采用传统培训模式,观察组采用初步显微技术培训模式。对比两组学习趣味性、临床思维能力以及学习成绩。结果观察组学习趣味性评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组临床思维能力评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组学习成绩评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床本科教学中应用初步显微技术培训能够显著改善学生学习趣味性、强化学生临床思维能力、提高学生学习成绩。 Objective To explore the application effect of preliminary microscopy technology training model in clinical undergraduate teaching.Methods A total of 100 students from the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou Medical University from March 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 50 students in each group.The traditional training mode was adopted in the control group,and the preliminary training mode was adopted in the observation group.The learning interest,clinical thinking ability and academic performance of the two groups were compared.Results The learning interest score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The clinical thinking ability score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The study score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of preliminary microscopy technology training in clinical undergraduate teaching can significantly improve students'learning interest,strengthen students'clinical thinking ability,and improve students'academic performance.
