妇产科教学中病例引导法提升临床分析能力及教学效果分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的分析将病例引导法应用于妇产科教学中的效果及对提升临床分析能力的影响。方法选取2019年1月—2020年12月于曲靖市妇幼保健院实习的实习生设为对照组(50名)行传统教学法,将2021年1月—2023年6月于本院实习的实习生设为研究组(69名)行病例引导法教学模式。对比两组各项考核结果及带教满意度。结果研究组的基础知识、病例分析、实践技能评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的解决临床实际问题能力、带教方法满意度、激发学习兴趣满意度、培养学生临床思维的满意度、对带教教师授课满意度、掌握诊疗能力满意度评分均比对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将病例引导法应用于妇产科教学中的效果显著。 Objective To analyze the effect of applying case guidance method in obstetrics and gynecology teaching and its impact on improving clinical analysis ability.Methods Selected interns who interned at Qujing Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were set as the control group(50)for the traditional teaching method,and selected interns who interned at the hospital from January 2021 to June 2023 were set as the study group(69)for the case-guided teaching method.The assessment results and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of basic knowledge,case analysis and practical skills in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of the ability to solve clinical practical problems,the satisfaction of teaching methods,the satisfaction of stimulating learning interest,the satisfaction of cultivating students'clinical thinking,the satisfaction of teaching teachers and the satisfaction of mastering diagnosis and treatment ability in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of case guidance method in obstetrics and gynecology teaching has significant effects.
