扬州市广陵区医疗机构消毒质量监测分析

Monitoring and Analysis of Disinfection Quality in Medical Institutions in Guangling District,Yangzhou City

目的探讨2020—2022年扬州市广陵区一级二级医疗机构的消毒效果状况,为加强广陵区一级二级医疗机构消毒质量的科学管理提供依据。方法通过现场采样,对2020—2022年广陵区一级二级医疗机构的室内空气、使用中的消毒液、医护人员卫生手、环境物体表面、灭菌器灭菌效果这5个方面进行实验室检测,并依据《医院消毒卫生标准》等标准评估合格率。2020—2022年扬州市广陵区各检测样品室内空气(90份)、使用中的消毒液(62份)、医护人员卫生手(118份)、环境物体表面(89份)、灭菌器灭菌效果(19例),总共378份。结果消毒质量总平均合格率为96.2%(364/378)。各年度合格率分别为2020年97.0%(129/133)、2021年97.8%(91/93)以及2022年94.7%(144/152)。2021年虽然整体合格率略有上涨,但2022年则出现了下降。不同检测样本的合格率对比,发现室内空气消毒质量的合格率2020年为100%,2021年为100%(26/26),2022年为88.9%(24/27),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论扬州市广陵区医疗机构消毒质量保持在了一个较高水平,但是室内空气的消毒质量近年出现了下滑,应加强室内空气消毒效果的监测与改进。

Objective To explore the disinfection effect status of primary and secondary medical institutions in Guangling District,Yangzhou City from 2020 to 2022,and provide a basis for strengthening the scientific management of disinfection quality in primary and secondary medical institutions in Guangling District.Methods Through on-site sampling,laboratory testing was conducted on the indoor air,disinfectants in use,medical staff's hygienic hands,environmental object surfaces,and sterilizer sterilization effects in first-and second-level medical institutions in Guangling District from 2020 to 2022.The pass rate was evaluated based on the Hospital Disinfection and Hygiene Standards and other standards.From 2020 to 2022,various test samples in Guangling District,Yangzhou City included indoor air(90 copies),disinfectants in use(62 copies),medical staff's hygienic hands(118 copies),environmental object surfaces(89 copies),and sterilizer sterilization effect(19 copies),378 copies in total.Results The overall average passing rate of disinfection quality was 96.2%(364/378).The passing rates in each year are 97.0%(129/133)in 2020,97.8%(91/93)in 2021 and 94.7%(144/152)in 2022.Although the overall pass rate increased slightly in 2021,it declined in 2022.In the comparison of the pass rates of different test samples,the pass rate of indoor air disinfection quality was 100%in 2020,100%(26/26)in 2021,and 88.9%(24/27)in 2022,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The disinfection quality of medical institutions in Guangling District,Yangzhou City has remained at a high level,but the disinfection quality of indoor air has declined in recent years.Monitoring and improvement of indoor air disinfection effects should be strengthened.
