With the rapid development of social economy and the continuous deepening of urbanization,society has entered a new development process,which has also played a good role in promoting the development of major social industries.From the perspective of the development of the medical field,major medical institutions should increase their emphasis on operational management in order to effectively achieve sustainable development.Especially at this stage,the integration of industry and finance is gradually deepening,which has put forward higher requirements for the internal operation and management of medical institutions.Therefore,it is necessary to clarify the basic characteristics of business-finance integration at different stages in the subsequent operation and management of medical institutions to ensure that the two can be better combined,thereby steadily improving the quality of operation and management of medical institutions.Therefore,the article clarifies the basic overview of medical institution operation management and industry-finance integration;it conducts an in-depth analysis of the problems existing in the operation and management of medical institutions under the background of industry-finance integration.On this basis,specific construction measures for the subsequent operation and management of medical institutions are proposed.
