摘要
通过研究氮磷钾不同施用比例对油松生长和养分吸收的影响规律,可为油松育苗中科学施肥提供理论依据。在田间条件下,以1年生油松实生苗为试验材料,设置氮磷钾施用比例分别为1∶0∶0(T_(1),CK);1∶1∶0.5(T_(2));1∶0.5∶1(T_(3));1∶1∶1(T_(4))共4个处理,3次重复。结果表明:T_(2)与CK、T_(3)相比显著提高了叶绿素含量,T_(4)与T_(2)之间无显著差异;T_(2)株高和地径分别比对照提高了37.90%和30.09%,T_(2)显著高于T_(3),T_(4)与T_(2)之间无显著差异;T_(2)根、茎、叶、总干物质积累量分别比对照提高了22.74%、9.50%、61.02%、38.55%,氮吸收量分别提高了28.90%、19.94%、65.90%和55.58%,磷吸收量分别提高了34.23%、34.77%、82.31%和64.18%,钾吸收量分别提高了27.38%、40.06%、65.80%和62.23%,T_(4)与T_(2)之间无显著差异。综合分析认为,试验地苗圃油松育苗中尿素、重过磷酸钙、硫酸钾的施用量分别为12、12和5.52 g·株^(-1)。
The experiment was to study the effects of different ratios of N,P and K application on the growth and nutrient uptake of Pinus tabuliformis.The experiment was conducted in field with 1-year-old seedlings of tabuliformis as experimental materials,and 4 treatments were arranged with the application ratios of nitrogen,phosphorus,and potassium to be 1∶0∶0(T_(1),CK),1∶1∶0.5(T_(2)),1∶0.5∶1(T_(3))and 1∶1∶1(T_(4)),each treatment repeated three times.The results showed that the chlorophyll content of T_(2)was significantly higher than CK and T_(3),and there was no significant difference between T_(4)and T_(2).The plant height and ground diameter of T_(2)were 37.90%and 30.09%higher than those of the control,respectively,with T_(2)significantly higher than T_(3).There was no significant difference between T_(4)and T_(2).The accumulation of dry matter in root,stem,leaf,and total dry matter in T_(2)was 22.74%,9.50%,61.02%,and 38.55%higher than control,respectively.Compared to the control,the nitrogen uptake was 28.90%,19.94%,65.90%,and 55.58%higher,respectively,the phosphorus uptake to be 34.23%,34.77%,82.31%,and 64.18%higher,respectively,and the potassium uptake to be 27.38%,40.06%,65.80%,and 62.23%higher,respectively.There was no significant difference between T_(4)and T_(2).According to comprehensive analysis,the application rates of urea,calcium superphosphate,and potassium sulfate in seedling cultivation of Pinus tabuliformis in the nursery of the experimental site were 12 g/plant,12 g/plant,and 5.52 g/plant,respectively.
