陕西黑河国家森林公园发展条件分析

Analysis of Development Conditions for Heihe National Forest Park in Shaanxi

本文通过对陕西黑河国家森林公园的资源优势、旅游产品开发层次、基础服务设施、公园资金回报率等黑河国家森林公园开发建设条件进行分析;从旅游品牌的树立、森林旅游发展趋势、旅游活动对环境的影响等方面对公园开发建设进行了机遇与挑战分析。结果表明:黑河森林公园应以森林文化为背景,全面关注人类健康需求,在严格保护生境的基础上适度开展以森林游憩、山体休闲、运动探险、科考和康体养生为主要功能的生态旅游活动,从而形成布局合理管理科学的国家森林公园。

The advantages and disadvantages of the development and construction of Heihe National Forest Park in terms of its resource,tourism product development levels,basic service facilities,and park fund return rate were analyzed.The opportunities and challenges from the aspects of the establishment of tourism brand,trend of forest tourism and the impact of tourism activities on the environment were described.The results showed that Heihe National Forest Park should take forest culture as the background,pay full attention to human health needs,and properly develop eco-tourism activities with forest recreation,mountain leisure,sports exploration,scientific research and health care as the main functions on the basis of strict protection of habitats.A national forest park with reasonable layout and scientific management would be formed.
