SPD-RF检测器联用检测葡萄酒及黄酒中氨基酸的分析方法研究

摘要 文中采用在线衍生和二极管阵列-荧光检测器串联分析对葡萄酒和黄酒中的17种氨基酸含量进行测定,回收率及方法线性关系良好。通过不同检测波长将一级、二级氨基酸分离,并通过自动进样器的程序设定解决手工操作繁琐及手工衍生的偏差。采用内标法能有效提高定性的可靠性和定量的准确性。对葡萄酒和黄酒的同步检测,可缩短检测时间和成本。 The content of 17 amino acids in wine and yellow rice wine was determined by on-line derivatization and diode array-fluorescence detector tandem analysis.The first and second amino acids were separated by different detection wavelengths,and manual operation and deviation were solved by automatic sampler.Using internal standard method can effectively improve the reliability of qualitative and quantitative accuracy.The simultaneous detection of wine and rice wine can shorten the detection time and cost.
