乘员头盔质量检测及不合格原因分析

摘要 乘员头盔是目前国家强制要求骑行摩托车、电动自行车必须佩戴的机动车零部件之一。国家标准GB 811-2022《摩托车、电动自行车乘员头盔》中对乘员头盔的各项力学指标均有明确规定。摩托车乘员头盔可显著减低交通事故中的死亡率。文中对不同厂家不同规格的头盔进行数据统计,旨在充分反映当前摩托车乘员头盔的质量。发现不合格的项目主要分布在佩戴装置强度,吸收碰撞能量,及耐穿透性能试验中。文中对不合格的项目分析不合格原因,提出整改意见。 Helmet for is one of the motor vehicle parts that the government currently requires motorcycle and electric bicycle urers to be worn.The National Standard"GB811-2022 Helmet for motorcycle and electric bicycle urers"has clear provisions on the mechanical indexes of occupant helmet.Helmet for motorcyclists can significantly reduce the death rate of traffic accidents.In this paper,we statistical different manufacturers of different specifications of the helmet data statistics,aim to fully reflect the quality of the current helmet for motorcyclists.The unqualified items were mainly distributed in the Wear device test,Absorbing collision energy performance test,and Resistant to puncture test.In this paper,analyze the causes of nonconforming items and rectification suggestions are put forward.
