摘要
为了解中国酱酒核心产区主要流域藻类植物组成,采用样线法对该区域进行藻类植物调查,共采集到240个样品,对样品进行固定、酸处理后,在显微镜下对藻类植物进行观察、计数和拍照,分析研究区的藻类植物组成及水质。结果表明:(1)研究区藻类植物共有9门14纲32目62科157属712种(含145变种和12变型),包括贵州省新记录科1个、新记录属7个、新记录种110个(包括变种、变型)。区内硅藻门种类最多,有297种,占总物种数的39.24%,其次为绿藻门,有242种,占总物种数的33.28%。研究区以水生藻类为主,其次为亚气生藻类,气生藻类种类最少,水生和亚气生环境藻类中硅藻种类最多,其次为绿藻,气生环境藻类以绿藻为主;(2)研究区流域内上游藻类植物多样性最高,中游次之,下游最少;(3)基于绿藻商和复合藻商对水质评价,水体呈富营养水平。
To understand the composition of algae in the main watersheds of the core production areas of Chinese sauce wine,the line transect methods was used to conduct algae surveys in the area.A total of 240 samples were collected.After the samples were fixed and acid-treated,the algae were observed,counted and photographed under a microscope to analyze the composition of algae and evaluate water quality in this area.The results show(1)There were 712 species of algae(including 145 varieties and 12 variants)in Renhuai City,belonging to nine phyla,14 classes,32 orders,62 families,157 genera.One family,seven genera,and 110 species were first reported from Guizhou Province.Cyanobacteria had the largest number of species in the area,with 297 species,accounting for 39.24%of the total number of species,followed by 242 species from Chlorophyta,accounting for 33.28%of the total species.The study area was dominated by aquatic algae,followed by sub-aerial algae,with the least species of aerial algae.Bacillariophyta was the most common among aquatic and sub-aerial algae,followed by Chlorophyta,and the majority of aerial algae are Chlorophyta;(2)The diversity of algae was the highest in the upper reaches of the study area,followed by the middle reaches and the lowest in the lower reaches;(3)Based on the water quality evaluation by Chlorophyta merchants and compound algae merchants,the water body was at a eutrophic level.
