There are 21 beautiful character landscape prints in Principles of Correct Diet,which is a typical representative of the printmaking art of the Yuan Dynasty and a vivid presentation of the social life scene of the upper class nobles of the Yuan Dynasty.The printmaking adopts triangle,rectangle and surrounding geometric composition with dignitaries as the visual center,and deliberately enlarges the size of dignitaries,showing a strong sense of hierarchy.Printmaking objectively reflects the life scenes of the upper class society in the Yuan Dynasty.The characters are vividly portrayed,and the scenes are delicate and lifelike.Influenced by the creation of the novel and zaju printmaking at that time,printmaking has narrative characteristics.Picture is placed before text,reflecting the overall meaning of the relevant text,or reflecting the specific content of the relevant text,or corresponding to each part of the relevant text one by one,making the boring content take vivid images as the guide,improving the reading interest.
