价值医疗视角下我国中医日间病房服务模式分析

Analysis of TCM Day Ward Service Mode in China from the Perspective of Value-Based Healthcare

从价值医疗视角出发,以价值医疗的三大要素为核心,分析我国目前中医日间病房服务模式的推行现状。中医日间病房服务模式在整合医疗服务系统、打造以患者为中心的身心一体化服务、控制医疗成本方面作出了探索,但存在医疗质量管理水平较低、患者满意度欠佳、成本控制机制不完善等问题。因此,建议采取以下措施进行优化:规范服务体系,提升服务质量;改善医疗服务环境,优化患者体验;完善成本-效益机制,促进价值医疗实现。

Based on value-based healthcare and taking the three major elements of value-based healthcare as the core,we analyze the current status of the implementation of TCM day ward service mode in China.The TCM day ward service mode has explored the integration of the healthcare service system,the creation of a patient-centered physical and mental integration service,and the control of healthcare costs.However,there are problems such as the level of medical quality management is not optimistic,patient satisfaction needs to be improved,and cost control and value balance are unreasonable.The improvement measures are:standardizing the service system and improving the service quality;disseminating traditional Chinese medicine culture and optimizing patient experience;and establishing a cost-benefit mechanism to promote the realization of value-based healthcare.
