中小企业环境责任缺失形成机制研究——基于NCA和QCA的组态分析

The Formation Mechanism of Lack of Environmental Responsibility of SMEs:A Configuration Analysis Based on NCA and QCA

选取34个典型企业的环境事件案例,用必要条件分析法和清晰集定性比较分析法,探讨导致中小企业环境责任缺失的关键影响因素与组态路径.研究发现:①环境自律机制混乱与缺失是引发中小企业环境责任缺失的核心条件.②中小企业环境责任缺失存在3种前因组态,即道德舆论-组织控制型、强制监管-组织控制型和强制监管-经营理念-组织控制型.③政府、社会化群体和企业作为3个独立机构相互作用,包含企业的任意两方出现问题均会导致不良结果.④强制性监管效能低下的情境下,社会化监督难以对中小企业环境履责产生有效干预.

Selecting 34 typical enterprise environmental event cases,the methods of clear set qualitative comparative analysis(csQCA)and necessary condition analysis(NCA)are used to explore the key influencing factors and configuration paths leading to the lack of environmental responsibility of small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs).The study results show that the confusion and lack of environmental self-discipline mechanism is the core condition for the lack of environmental responsibility of SMEs.There are three kinds of antecedent configurations for the lack of environmental responsibility of SMEs,namely,moral public opinion-organizational control type,compulsory supervision-organizational control type,and compulsory supervision-business philosophy-organizational control type.The government,social groups and enterprises interact as three types of independent institutions,and any problem of any two parties including enterprises will lead to bad results.In the context of low efficiency of mandatory supervision,it is difficult for socialized supervision to effectively intervene in the environmental performance of SMEs.
