摘要
目的:基于CTA图像进行个体化的胸主动脉血流动力学模拟,对正常胸主动脉血流动力学特点进行观察,以期通过数字模型分析胸主动脉内血流特点。方法:对1例健康志愿者的CTA图像进行处理,提取个体化真实的胸主动脉形态学模型,并通过有限元分析获得胸主动脉内的各种血流动力学参数信息。结果:通过模型获得主动脉内各部的血流速度及流线、作用于血管壁面的压力和切应力的分布及变化。结论:心动周期内正常胸主动脉内的血流虽复杂,但存在一定规律;而基于CTA图像可模拟出个体化正常胸主动脉内的血液流动情况,有利于个性化、直观化、数字化显示胸主动脉内各血流参数的大小及变化特点,有助于分析胸主动脉血流动力学与心血管疾病间的关系,从而指导疾病的预防及治疗。
Objective:To explore a method to simulate an individualized hemodynamic model of the thoracic aorta based on CTA,and analyze the blood flow characteristics using the numerical simulation model.Methods:A computational model of the normal thoracic aorta by reconstructing the geometry from a CTA dataset of one healthy volunteer was established.The finite element analysis was used to analyze the hemodynamic parameters of the thoracic aorta.Results:The blood flow velocity and line in different parts,and the pressure and wall shear stress distributions over the vessel walls of the normal thoracic aorta were obtained using the computational models.Conclusions:The blood flow in the normal thoracic aorta during the cardiac cycle is complicated,but there are certain rules.Such an individualized computational model of the thoracic aorta based on CTA,can provide detailed information on hemodynamics,which can contribute to understanding the hemodynamics of the thoracic aorta,and the quantitative information provided will help to make correct diagnoses and propertreatments.
