基于Ansys Workbench的吹膜模头热膨胀模拟分析

摘要 本论文基于Ansys Workbench软件对吹膜模头的金属热膨胀进行数值模拟分析,分析零件间公差选择对模头装配精度的影响。吹膜模头是塑料薄膜制造的重要工具,在高温工作环境下,金属材料会受到热膨胀影响,从而可能导致模头不同零件之间装配关系的变化。因此,了解和优化模头的热膨胀行为对于提高吹膜模头装配质量至关重要。本研究通过Ansys Workbench的有限元模拟分析,深入探究了吹膜模头金属热膨胀的特性,并在此基础上通过合理的公差选择来优化模头性能。这对于塑料薄膜制造行业的工程师们在设计和生产吹膜模头时具有重要的指导意义。同时,本研究也为其他金属构件在高温工作环境下的热膨胀分析提供了一种有效的仿真方法和优化思路。 This paper analyzes numerical simulation of thermal expansion of metal in blown film die head based on Ansys Workbench software,and analyzes the influence of the selection of parts tolerance on the assembly accuracy of die head.Blown film die head is an important tool for plastic film manufacturing,and under the high temperature working environment,the metal material will be affected by thermal expansion,which may lead to changes in the assembly relationship between different parts of the die head.Therefore,understanding and optimizing the die head's thermal expansion behavior is essential to improve the assembly quality of blown film die heads.In this study,the characteristics of thermal expansion of metal in blown film die head are deeply investigated through finite element simulation analysis in Ansys Workbench,and based on this,the die head performance is optimized through reasonable tolerance selection.This is an important guidance for engineers in the plastic film manufacturing industry when designing and producing blown film die heads.Meanwhile,this study also provides an effective simulation method and optimization idea for the thermal expansion analysis of other metal components under high temperature working environment.
