松材线虫病疫木就地套袋消杀试验

摘要 针对广东省松材线虫病传播媒介昆虫松墨天牛Monochamus alternatus非羽化期较短,其他措施存在成本较高、应用条件受限等问题,经省级林草主管部门批准,在广东省3个松材线虫病疫区开展林间疫木就地套袋消杀除害试验。通过设置不同处理温度、时间和消杀剂量,以及不同材质的消杀袋,比较林间消杀效果。结果表明:可降解环保袋与塑料薄膜袋相比,密闭性和消杀效果无差异,但材质为聚丙烯的可降解环保袋具有操作简便和环保等优点,在实际应用中推荐优先使用;套袋消杀时建议磷化铝使用量为4~8片/m^(3),夏秋季节(4—9月)4片/m^(3)、消杀时间大于24 h,冬春季节(10—翌年3月)8片/m^(3)、消杀时间大于48 h;消杀时应确保消杀袋的密闭性,严格把好质量关。 In view of the short non˗eclosion period of Monochamus alternatus,which is the vector of pine wilt disease in Guangdong province,and the high cost and restricted application conditions existed in other treatments for diseased trees.On the approval of the provincial competent forestry and grassland authorities,the experiment of bagging disinfection and sterilization on pine wilt disease trees was carried out in three epidemic areas in forest of Guangdong province.Through setting different temperatures,treatment time,dosage and bags of different materials,the effect of disinfection and sterilization in forest was compared.The results showed that there was no difference in tightness and disinfection and sterilization effect between plastic film bag and degradable environmental bag made of polypropylene,but the latter had advantages of being simple to operate and environmentally friendly.It was recommended to use polypropylene degradable environmentally friendly,so using the latter bag in practical application preferentially.It was recommended to use aluminum phosphide 4−8 tablets/m^(3)in bagging disinfection and sterilization 4 tablets/m^(3)in summer and autumn(from April to September)and the treatment time was more than 24 h.In winter and spring(from October of the current year to March of the next year),using 8 tablets/m^(3)and more than 48 h treatment.When taking bagging disinfection and sterilization,the tightness of bags should be ensured,and the quality should be strictly controlled.
