通过文献情报分析研究助推科技期刊发展——以《海洋信息技术与应用》为例

How to Boost Development of Science and Technology Journals through Literature and Information Analysis and Research:Taking Journal of Marine Information Technology and Application as an Example

随着我国科研水平的不断提升,对科技期刊的办刊提出了更高的要求,传统的办刊理念已难以满足现代化的科研发展需求。利用文献情报学方法深入挖掘文献背后的潜在信息,探索其对科技期刊的科学指导作用,并以《海洋信息技术与应用》期刊为例,分别从研究热点、研究前沿、优秀作者及机构遴选等方面展开阐述,探讨了文献情报学对科技期刊发展的助力作用,以期为同类科技期刊提供参考。

With the continuous improvement of China’s scientific research level,higher requirements are put forward for the running level of scientific journals,and the traditional concept of running journals can hardly meet the needs of modern scientific research development.By using the method of literature and information science,the potential information behind the literature is deeply exploited,and its scientific guiding role for sci-tech journals is explored.Taking the Journal Marine Information Technology and Application as an example,the research hotspots,research frontiers,selection of outstanding authors and institutions are expounded,and the boosting role of literature and information science for the development of sci-tech journals is discussed,so as to provide reference for similar sci-tech journals.
