基于CiteSpace的我国临床决策支持研究热点分析

Analysis of hotspots in clinical decision support research in China based on CiteSpace

目的:分析国内临床决策支持领域的研究热点和发展趋势,回溯发展规律,提示未来研究方向,以期提升临床决策支持水平。方法:以CNKI数据库为基础,检索2012-2022年相关文献,采用CiteSpace软件对文献进行科学计量分析并绘制知识图谱。结果:共纳入CNKI文献950篇,临床决策支持领域的研究数量总体呈递增趋势,临床决策支持的主要研究素材来自于电子病历,主要技术手段是数据挖掘和数据仓库,知识库建设呈现出新的发展趋势。结论:在国家政策引导和新技术支撑下,临床决策支持系统的知识库构建呈现出从传统的静态知识库向知识中台发展、从全科通用型向单病种专科化发展的演变趋势。

Objective:To analyze the research hotspots and development trends in the field of clinical decision support in China,retrace the development pattern,and suggest the future research direction,with a view to improving the level of clinical decision support.Methods:Based on the CNKI database,relevant literature from 2012 to 2022 was searched,and CiteSpace software was used to conduct a scientific quantitative analysis of the literature and draw a knowledge graph.Results:A total of 950 CNKI articles were included,and the overall number of studies showed an increasing trend.The main research materials for clinical decision support came from electronic medical records,and the main technical means were data mining and data warehousing.The construction of knowledge bases showed a new development trend.Conclusion:Under the guidance of national policies and the support of new technologies,the knowledge base construction of clinical decision support systems shows an evolutionary trend from the traditional static knowledge base to the knowledge middleware,and from the generalization of general medicine to the specialization of single diseases.
