麻醉准备室护理质量评价指标体系构建研究

Research on the construction of nursing quality evaluation index system in anesthesia preparation room/XU

目的:构建适用于麻醉准备室的护理质量评价指标体系,为监测麻醉准备室的护理质量提供依据。方法:基于文献调研法初步构建麻醉准备室护理质量评价指标体系框架,采用半结构访谈法初步构建指标体系,通过2轮德尔菲专家咨询确定护理质量评价指标体系。结果:开展了2轮专家函询,问卷有效回收率均达到100%,专家权威系数为0.945,肯德尔和谐系数分别为0.252和0.260;最终确立了一级指标3项、二级指标11项和三级指标66项,形成麻醉准备室护理质量评价指标体系。结论:麻醉准备室护理质量指标的构建具有科学性及可靠性,彰显麻醉准备室护理工作的特色,为麻醉准备室护理质量提供持续改进的评价方法。

Objective:To construct a nursing quality evaluation index system applicable to the anesthesia preparation room,and to provide a basis for monitoring the nursing quality in the anesthesia preparation room.Methods:Based on literature research,a preliminary framework for evaluating the nursing quality of anesthesia preparation rooms was constructed,and a semi-structured interview method was used to construct the indicator system.The nursing quality evaluation indicator system was determined through two rounds of Delphi expert consultation.Results:Two rounds of expert correspondence were carried out,and the effective recovery rate of the questionnaires reached 100%,with an expert authority coefficient of 0.945 and Kendall harmony coefficients of 0.252 and 0.260,respectively;3 primary indicators,11 secondary indicators,and 66 tertiary indicators were ultimately established to form the quality of anesthesia preparation room nursing care evaluation index system.Conclusion:The construction of nursing quality indicators for anesthesia preparation rooms is scientific and reliable,highlighting the characteristics of nursing work in preparation rooms,and providing continuous improvement evaluation methods for the nursing quality of anesthesia preparation rooms.
