摘要
目的:探讨北京市19所市属公立医院高级专业技术人员面临的职业压力源及影响因素,为缓解其职业压力提供对策。方法:通过调查问卷方式对北京市19所市属公立医院的高级专业技术人员开展调查,共收集476份有效问卷。结合文献和访谈,分析高级专业技术人员面临的职业压力源并提出建议。结果:高级专业技术人员面临着工作、生活、学习等多重压力,他们的减压方式需要医院给予更多的关注,他们对所在医院有很强的归属感和依赖感。结论:医院需要通过传承和弘扬医院文化的价值优势、健全和利用规章制度的硬性约束、重视和做好职业规划的顶层设计、丰富和完善工会活动的内容形式等方式来缓解和减轻高级专业技术人员的职业压力。
Objective:To explore the occupational stressors and influencing factors faced by senior professional and technical personnel in 19 municipal public hospitals in Beijing,with the objective of providing strategies to alleviate their occupational stress.Methods:A survey was conducted through questionnaires to investigate high-level professional and technical staff in 19 municipal public hospitals in Beijing.A total of 476 valid questionnaires were collected,and combined with literature and interviews,the sources of professional pressure faced by high-level professional and technical staff were analyzed.Specific countermeasures and suggestions were proposed.Results:Senior professional and technical personnel face multiple pressures in terms of work,life,and learning.Their stress reduction methods require more attention from hospitals,as they have a strong sense of belonging and dependence on the hospital where they work.Conclusion:Hospitals need to alleviate and reduce the various pressures of high-level professional and technical personnel through inheriting and promoting the value advantages of hospital culture,establishing and utilizing hard constraints of regulations and rules,emphasizing and doing a good job of top-level design of career planning,enriching and improving the content and form of work activities.
