专业化研究医生发展路径实践与思考

Practice and thinking of professional research doctors'development paths

随着研究型医院和研究型病房的加速发展,对研究医生提出了更高的要求和更多的需求。研究医生作为一种新兴的专业和岗位,是组织开展临床研究、保证和提高临床研究质量、医药协同创新转化的实施主体和核心力量,也是促进医药协同发展的人才蓄水池。当前研究医生的发展既有巨大的发展潜力和上升空间,也存在很多困难和挑战,成为了研究医生发展的限速瓶颈。笔者从国内外研究医生发展情况、研究医生与临床医生的区别、研究医生的职责和要求、国内研究医生发展存在的问题和困难等方面进行阐述,为研究医生的能力培养、职业发展和职业规划提供思路和参考。

With the accelerated development of research hospitals and research wards,higher requirements and more demands have been put forward for research doctors,as an emerging profession and position,research doctors are the main body and core force for organizing clinical research,ensuring and improving the quality of clinical research,and the collaborative innovation and transformation of medicine,and also the talent reservoir to promote the collaborative development of medicine.At present,the development of research doctors has great development potential and upside but also has many difficulties and challenges,which have become a bottleneck for the development of research doctors.This paper elaborates on the development of research doctors in China and abroad,the differences between research doctors and clinicians,the responsibilities and requirements of research doctors,and the problems and difficulties in the development of domestic research doctors,so as to provide ideas and references for the ability training,career development and career planning of research doctors.
