摘要
本研究从某地市级三甲公立医院探索高质量发展实践路径出发,以公立医院绩效考核、医保支付方式改革等为抓手,开展强学科、重人才、抓管理、夯基础、育文化的相关实践进行了有益探索研究。在此基础上,结合地市级公立医院的功能定位,提出建议:明确目标定位,突出医院学科建设;坚持以人为本,加强医院人才队伍建设;坚持运营保障,推进医院可持续发展;强化信息支撑,加快智慧医院建设。
This study starts from exploring the practical path of high-quality development of a municipal-level Grade III Level A public hospital.Taking the performance appraisal of public hospitals and the reform of medical insurance payment methods as the starting point,it carries out relevant research on strengthening disciplines,emphasizing talents,grasping management,laying foundation and cultivating culture.Useful exploratory research has been carried out in practice.On this basis,combined with the functional positioning of prefecturelevel public hospitals,suggestions are put forward:clarify the goal positioning and highlight the hospital's discipline construction;adhere to the people-oriented approach and strengthen the construction of the hospital's talent team;adhere to operational guarantees and promote the sustainable development of the hospital;strengthen information support,Accelerate the construction of smart hospitals.
