摘要
通过现场调查和数据挖掘方法,对严寒地区代表性城市--哈尔滨市的首个被动房住宅66户居民的日用电量数据进行采集与统计分析。结果表明,被动房整体日用电量在300~600 kW·h范围,7月日用电量最高,过渡季节相对较低。各月非工作日与工作日周内平均用电量差异较小,但波动幅度明显大于工作日。约70%的住户月用电量在200~300 kW·h范围,约45%的住户用电水平较高,平均月用电量约为400~500 kW·h。住户的用电情况受住宅使用面积、套型以及家中人员数量、年龄、职业、在家时间段和节能意识的影响,具有较强的主观性和复杂性。
Through onsite investigation and data mining methods,the daily electricity consumption data of 66 households of the first passive residential building in Harbin,a representative city in severe cold area,are collected and statistically analyzed.The results show that the overall daily electricity consumption of the passive residential building is in the range of 300 to 600 kW·h,the daily electricity consumption is the highest in July,and relatively low in the transition season.The difference in average electricity consumption between non working days and working days in each month is relatively small.However,the fluctuation range is significantly larger than that of working days.About 70%of the households'monthly electricity consumption is in the range of 200 to 300 kW·h,and about 4.5%of the households have high levels of electricity consumption,with an average monthly electricity consumption of about 400 to 500 kW·h.The electricity consumption of households is influenced by the residential area,type of residence,number of people at home,age,occupation,time period at home,and energysaving awareness,which has a strong subjectivity and complexity.
